The meal is at the Devoncourt Hotel, Douglas Ave, Exmouth EX8 2EX, on Friday 30th August, with a reception in the hotel's sun-lounge from 12.30 for lunch to start at 1.15pm.

It is a two-course carvery at a set price of £15, with a choice of two meats or a vegetarian carvery option, all with fresh vegetables, roast potatoes and all trimmings, and a choice of four desserts.
Drinks will be available from the hotel bar. Tea and coffee will be available in the sun-lounge after lunch, and we are planning to have a celebratory cake to cut!

We have invited some past EPG members who have made significant contributions to the club in previous years, so we hope to welcome all those who can make it to this celebratory event. Please note that bookings have to be made by 30th July 2019.
